The client had first line product of drones, in large quantities but with restricted resale. Our Active office in France acquired a very large quantity of high-end drone stock. The stock was both unable to be sold locally and also too large an inventory for one buyer.
Our team in France had to look for sales channels through our International offices in addition to Europe where stock was located. All 16 offices were contacted with the inventory details to work on local buyer networks.
Our Australian team were able to find a buyer for a portion of the stock through a local e-commerce channel.
