Discrete sales channel. Client was in a situation where they had a large order cancelled from a developer. The stock order was bespoke and finding a new buyer/s was proving difficult. After many months of trying to move the stock themselves, the client came to Active for help. The stock was not only becoming obsolete being superseded by new stock, it was also taking up space in the warehouse affecting new stock arriving.
Active were briefed on the available stock, including unit numbers by SKUs, all specs and images as well as preferred sales channels to find a suitable buyer. Given the sensitive nature of the well-known brand, discretion in the market was paramount.
Active were able to secure a buyer in a short space of time at an agreed price point. The client was able to accept the deal and move the stock quickly.
