Italian Luxury Lingerie brand
Obsolete stocks accumulated from poor sales from previous years. The stock was out-of-fashion lingerie that needed to be cleared quickly. The challenge was that it was old stock, in assorted sizes and colours, with poor quality packaging - although very prestigious brand.
We were able to get involved and negotiate between the client and an existing buyer who was interested. By doing this, we tripled the revenue for the client and kept the existing resale process alive.
Client controlled all global spend. Initially, Active provided print media in general interest magazines in the US and got involved in minor international requests. However, the current financial performance of the client does not allow any significant media spendings.
